Order

When you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your e-mail.

If something is wrong in your order confirmation, you must immediately contact us by e-mail.

Delivery

Usually the delivery time is 2-5 working days depending on the country.
The delivery cost is 49 kr to Sweden but the price may be different in other countries due to higher shipping costs. Your package will be sent via DHL.
If the item is delayed (without us notifying you of this), please contact us by e-mail. ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are sent on the following Monday at the earliest.

It is important that you collect your package (if it's delivered to a service point. If you do not pick up your package, it will be returned to us and you will be charged a shipping fee of 350 kr. This fee includes costs for shipping, return shipping, administration and handling. The shipping fee is deducted from your refund. If the value of the order is lower than the shipping fee, you will not be charged more than what you have paid for the order.
